Aglio e olio with Meatballs

Aglio e olio ,  Spaghetti , Garlic , Chili flakes ,Olive oil and Parsley .Is a traditional Italian pasta dish . With very light sauce made with garlic , chili and olive oil . It can be made also by adding parmesan cheeze .

 INGREDIENTS :

- 180 grams spaghetti pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil (full spoon)
- 2 chili , crumbled
- 2 garlic finely chopped
- 2 tabspoon finely chopped parsely
- Parmesan cheese (you decide on how much) :D


PROCEDURE :

- Garlic ,chili and olive oil into the pan on medium heat
- Bring the garlic into brown but dont burn it. Its important not to burn the garlic.
- Add salt , half of the parsley  and 2 tablespoon of water .
- Mix it with the pasta
- Add the half of the parsley
- Add Parmesan cheese on top.


             




FOR MEATBALLS :

- Ground Beef 1/2 kilo
- 30 grams each  garlic ,onion , parmesan cheese
- 5  grams each  oregano , celery powder , blacl pepper , parsley
- 1  egg
- 120 grams bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients and make round meetballs by hand .
Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes , flip and cover for another 10 minutes then let it cool .
