The stuffed pastry fried . Made by folding dough or bread around stuffing,
which usually consists of a variety of meat, cheese , fruits ,etc .
Stuffing inside the pastry (we used menudo meat ).
3 cups flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
250 gram butter
1/4 cup cold water
1 egg
Oil for deep frying .
