Baked Rice

INGRIDIENTS:
Main : Rice or Elbow macaroni
Red Sauce:
 1/4 giniling - ground beef
 tomato sauce (Sweet blend) 250g
 green bell pepper- chopped
 magic sarap
 garlic-minced
 chili powder
 butter
 knorr broth cubes 1/2
White sauce:
 2 tblsp. butter
 1 tblsp.flour
 1/2 pouch Nestle cream
 1/2 small can of carnation evap
 white pepper
 magic sarap
 parsley
 knorr broth cubes 1/2
   cheese - grated








HOW TO COOK:
White Sauce-Melt butter over medium heat in a sauce pan
   -Whisk in flour and cook,whisking constantly for a minute
   -Gradually add milk and 1/2 pouch Nestle cream, 1/2 cup at a time,whisking constantly;continue cooking and whisking until thickened. about 15 minutes
   -Stir in grated cheese and seasonings ( white pepper,magic sarap,knorr broth cubes 1/2 ,parsley-Chopped,
 Red Sauce-Saute' garlic and bell pepper in butter.Cook for 5 minutes
  -Add ground beef.cook meat until done.
  -Pour in the tomato sauce. Adjust seasonings to tast.(pepper,magic sarap, and chilli powder)
  -Place the rice in a container paour the red sauce then add the white sauce,sprinkle the parsley.
  -Top with grated cheese and microwave just to melt the top cheese or (Turbo reheat for 10 minutes or then another 10 minutes)
  -Garnish with chopped parsley and serve. yumyum!
               
     I just knew this Excellent Recipe  from my close friend  , "Mary Rose Tenorio" a.k.a MARUTH.I LOVe it so much, so delicious it makes you forget what your name is.I have a 2 version the Macaroni and Rice just to satisfy your appettite. SO CHeessssyyy, So Delicious. your surely gonna Love it, so Dig in,.. (^*^)
